What we teach
All of it is one hour, one on one, built around you. Call Nick and tell him what you want out of it.
Stand up for yourself
We are against any type of bullying and train kids from 6 years old to take care of themselves. Building self defense and confidence.
Youngest age is 6, and you are never too old. The training is non-contact and teaches discipline, coordination, health and well-being. We train anyone, male or female, who wants to get in shape, learn self-defense, or stop a bully in their tracks.
Give your kids a fighting chance. Let them learn to defend themselves.
I highly recommend this boxing gym. My 14 year old girl and 11 year old boy have been training for about 4 months with several of Nick's trainers and they are all great with kids. The workouts keep the kids engaged and also help them with skills they need for other sports. If you are looking for something to round out your kids athletic experience this place is it. This is the real deal!!!

Personal training
Each session is tailored to you. It's one on one for one hour, guided by one of our trainers. Your workout uses heavy bags, speed bags, focus pads, shadow boxing and jumping rope, plus customized exercises for the areas you want to focus on.
Whatever your goals are, we work with you every step of the way. Sessions can add calisthenics, bootcamp endurance, kettle bells, and flexibility and agility work. Paid in full or on payment plans. Call for times and prices.
We recommend you don't eat right before your workout and do eat healthy after. Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring water.

Autism and Parkinson's programs
Autism spectrum
We have years of experience working with adults and children on the autism spectrum. Sessions are private and no contact. We work on socialization, focus and organization through boxing, with positive reinforcement and visual supports alongside spoken instruction.
Each class starts with a 5 to 10 minute warm-up: stretching, jumping jacks, push-ups, squats, jogging in place. Then the six basic punches, focus mitts, rhythm and sequencing. It builds body awareness and coordination, confidence, and a good outlet for stress and frustration.
Contact Nick to talk it over, or come in and watch a session.
Parkinson's
We work with people living with Parkinson's. The goal is a better quality of life: support, intense exercise and education that encourage a positive outlook. Our coaches are CPR and first aid certified.
Boxers train agility, speed, endurance, balance, hand-eye coordination and footwork. Parkinson's takes some of those same things away, so the training fits. We also run a balanced exercise plan for body and mind.
We make no medical claims. Boxing at the club is exercise and support, not treatment. Check with your doctor before you start. Come in and talk with Nick about our approach.
Amateur and competitive
Westchester Boxing Club is an authentic boxing gym in White Plains with heavy bags, speed bags and all the gear you need to work: gloves, wraps, pads and jump ropes. There's also a weight room with free weights, kettle bells and medicine balls.
If you want to learn technique, spar, or prepare for competition, tell Nick. We have clients who have been with us for more than a decade. Cleanliness and safety come first.
Future Division I athletes and pros have trained here to take their sport to the next level. Ask about sport-specific training.

Single parent assistance
We are raising money to help single parents afford boxing sessions for their children. Many single parents want structured, disciplined exercise for their kids and can't swing it. We want everyone to have the same opportunities, and we ask people and companies to donate what they can. Call Nick to help or to ask for help.
