I highly recommend this boxing gym. My 14 year old girl and 11 year old boy have been training for about 4 months with several of Nick's trainers and they are all great with kids. The workouts keep the kids engaged and also help them with skills they need for other sports. If you are looking for something to round out your kids athletic experience this place is it. This is the real deal!!!

I went from knowing virtually nothing about boxing to feeling confident with gloves on. As a female I also appreciate the fact that I am not treated as a 'dainty creature' and am held to similar standards as the men. ... Nick is a great gym leader and easily accessible if you have questions. Like his website says there are no hidden fees unlike basically every other boxing gym in the area....you pay up front for everything and that's it. Pricing is reasonable considering you get 1-on-1 training.

What helps me is that they open as early as 7am and they are always on point with their training. I have used 5 different trainers and they were all top notch. The owner, Nick Delury runs a tight ship but he is friendly and personable. Love this place. Been going for just under a year and the trainers here are the best. Larry and his team are always on point and listen to what you want and need and push to get it. Nick is awesome and always makes time for you and works around your schedule to get you a session. If you want a full body work out and improve your hand eye coordination this is the place.

Was referred by a friend and he was right when he said this is as good as it gets for boxing training, personal training etc Larry trained me and he was great, I found out later he is a former World Champion who boxed welterweight back in the 80's.
